Responsiveness *

To enable Amplify Marketing to carry out our services in an efficient manner we require requests for client information, proofing and approval to be responded to within 7 days. If no response is received, time for content development will still be charged.

Approvals *

Any changes to the scope of work must be approved by both parties prior to implementation.

Amendments to Approved assets *

Once approval of creative assets is received from the client, any further amendments requested by the client may require additional investment.

Payment Due Dates *

Invoices are due 7 days from issue date.

Overdue Invoices *

If payment is not received within 30 days from the date of invoice, services will cease pending payment.

Terminating the Engagement *

Should either party wish to terminate the engagement of services 30 days notice is required, except in the event an invoice is not paid within 30 days.
